Nail Dynasty Virtual Nail Art Showcase — Terms & Conditions

Purpose

1. The Nail Dynasty Virtual Nail Art Showcase Series was created to celebrate creativity and artistry within the nail community. It provides nail artists, enthusiasts, and nail art lovers the opportunity to gain exposure, share their talent, and connect with a supportive community that celebrates the beauty of nail design.

2. Original Work

All submissions must be the participant’s own original nail art. Entries found to be copied or reproduced from another artist’s work may be disqualified.

3. Eligibility

This showcase is open to all nail artists and enthusiasts, regardless of licensing or professional status. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to enter.

4. Entry Requirements

• Each participant may submit one video entry per monthly edition.

• Video must be 10 seconds or less and under 15 MB in size.

• Each entry must showcase five (5) completed nails — representing one full hand — designed in alignment with the monthly theme.

• Designs may be presented on press-ons, display tips, or beautifully modeled hands, as long as all five nails are visible together in your video.

• Submissions must be uploaded through the official Nail Dynasty submission form by the posted deadline.

• Late or incomplete entries may not be included in the showcase or public voting.

• To ensure your artistry shines at its best:

• Record in a well-lit area using natural or bright neutral lighting.

• Keep your background clean and uncluttered so the focus stays on your design.

• Hold your camera steady and ensure all five nails are clearly visible.

• Avoid filters or distracting effects — we want to see your authentic artistry and creativity.

• By submitting, you confirm that your design and video are your own original work.

5. Monthly Theme Guidelines & Deadlines

Each monthly edition is designed around seasonal inspiration and major cultural moments. Entries must be submitted by the listed deadlines to qualify. Voting takes place after each deadline. From all eligible entries, Amazing K Nails will feature (4) four submissions for that edition’s community voting round.

🎃 October – All Hallows Edition
Submission Deadline: October 19, 2025
Theme: Halloween-inspired nails — spooky, glam, and mysterious.

🍂 November – Fall Harvest Edition
Submission Deadline: November 17, 2025
Theme: Cozy autumn vibes, warm tones, and thankful hearts.

❄️ December – Winter Wonderland Edition
Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025
Theme: Festive sparkle, snow, and holiday cheer.

💝 January – New Year New Nails Edition
Submission Deadline: December 29, 2025
Theme: Celebration sets, metallics, and champagne tones — perfect for ringing in the New Year.

💖 February – Love & Lace Edition
Submission Deadline: February 7, 2026
Theme: Romantic reds, pinks, and elegant lace — perfect for Valentine’s Day.

🌸 March – Spring Bloom Edition
Submission Deadline: March 22, 2026
Theme: Fresh florals, pastels, and the energy of springtime.

🌼 April – April Awakening Edition
Submission Deadline: April 19, 2026
Theme: Renewal, bright color pops, and creative transitions.

🌞 May – Golden Glow Edition
Submission Deadline: May 17, 2026
Theme: Sun-kissed hues, metallics, and soft summer radiance.

✊🏽 June – Heritage & Honor Edition
Submission Deadline: June 9, 2026
Theme: Designs inspired by culture, legacy, and empowerment in honor of Juneteenth month.

💅🏽 July – Pre-Dynasty Warm-Up Edition
Submission Deadline: July 19, 2026
Theme: Freestyle creativity and bold statement sets leading into the Live Showcase.

6. Selection & Recognition

After the submission deadline, Amazing K Nails will review eligibility and curate (4) four submissions to be included in the community voting round for that monthly edition. Being featured for voting does not imply a ranking or judgment of merit. Amazing K Nails may also spotlight additional designs for promotional or editorial use.

7. Prizes

Monthly featured artists will receive amazing prizes designed to celebrate their creativity and elevate their artistry.
Each month’s prize package includes:

• A Luxury Nail Care Package.

• Featured placement across Amazing K Nails’ official social media platforms.

• An exclusive collaboration opportunity — selected designs may be chosen for reproduction and release through Amazing K Nails, featured on our official website and during our signature in-person experiences.

• A special VIP invitation to be featured at the 2nd Annual Nail Dynasty Live Showcase on August 16, 2026, with preferred entry privileges extended only to our featured virtual artists.

This invitation represents an opportunity to step into the spotlight among the best of the best — artists whose work embodies the creativity, excellence, and spirit of the Dynasty.

​

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Winners will be contacted via email to confirm their mailing address and phone number for prize delivery and event coordination.

​

8. Live Showcase Disclaimer

The 2nd Annual Nail Dynasty Live Showcase on August 16, 2026, is a paid live event open to public participants and attendees.

​

9. Media Release

By submitting, participants grant Amazing K Nails and Nail Dynasty permission to use their video, name, and likeness on social media, websites, and promotional materials, with proper credit given to the artist.

​

10. Mailing List Consent

By entering, participants agree to be added to the Nail Dynasty mailing list to receive updates, features, and promotional information. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Community Engagement & Promotion

 

We encourage all participants to:

• Share the official showcase posts and invite friends, clients, and followers to vote and support your entry — the more engagement, the better your visibility!

• Spread the word by inviting other nail artists and enthusiasts to join future editions.

• Help us make the 2nd Annual Nail Dynasty Live Showcase even bigger and better by getting involved and encouraging others to be part of the dynasty movement.

Amazing K Nails reserves the right to modify themes, dates, prizes, or rules as needed. All decisions regarding selections and prizes are final.
