The Nail Dynasty Show: For the Culture Edition

Registration Deadline: May 22, 2025
Event Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM)
Location: Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center

1. Vendor Requirements & Fees

• General Merchandise/Services Vendor Fee: $30

• Food Vendor Fee: $50

• Optional Table & Chairs Rental: $30 (Includes 1 table & 2 chairs)

• Vendor spaces are first-come, first-served upon full payment.

• Vendors must bring their own setup, including tables, chairs, and necessary materials unless renting from the event organizers.

• Food vendors must obtain and submit a copy of their Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit from the City of Milwaukee Health Department via email by June 1, 2025.

  • Food vendors who fail to submit a valid TFE permit by the deadline will not be allowed to set up or sell at the event, and no refunds will be issued.

• Vendors must provide their own signage, décor, and display setup.

2. Setup, Load-In, & Breakdown

• Setup Time: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM (Must be fully set up before doors open)

• Event Start: 10:00 AM

• Breakdown Time: Begins at 5:00 PM (Must be cleared by 6:00 PM)

• Vendors can load in and out at the back of the building for convenience.

• Parking: Vendors must use neighborhood street parking after unloading.

• Vendors must check in upon arrival and follow venue layout instructions.

• All vendor spaces must be left clean (no trash, spills, or damage).

• Food vendors must bring power strips, serving equipment, and valid TFE permit.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All vendor fees are non-refundable.

• Spaces are only secured once full payment is received. 

• Food vendors who fail to submit a valid TFE permit by June 1, 2025, will not be allowed to set up or sell at the event, and no refunds will be issued.

• No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations or no-shows.

4. Event Promotion & Expectations

• Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media and invite customers.

• All vendors must conduct business professionally and respectfully.

• No loud music or disruptive activities that interfere with the event program.

• Vendors must comply with housekeeping rules set by the venue.

5. Liability & Agreement

• JB The Nail Therapist, Amazing K Nails, and Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors assume all risks associated with their products, sales, and setup.

• Vendors must comply with all local laws and business regulations.

6. Electricity & Special Requests

• Limited electricity is available—vendors requiring power must request it in advance.

• Vendors must bring their own extension cords, power strips, and adapters.
